(NOTE: the GREEN. putty will harden under two minutes) STEP 3- Right in front of the mirror; while facing down & looking up, slowly insert into mouth. Gently bite strait down all the way in the CENTER of putty for one (1) FULL minute. STEP 4- Repeat steps 1-3 for lower tray, rinse both, and place in the Zip-Lock bag provided...   THAT'S IT! DO NOT remove the now case hardened putty from their own tray  UNLESS; the impression is either NOT centered or NOT in the middle... It's easy!
